About Us

EFCA-info is a website dedicated to providing visitors with factual and up-to-date information regarding the Employee Free Choice Act, a bill that was reintroduced in Congress on March 10, 2009. Information on the site was created to help visitors better understand the implications of the proposed law, how it can affect them and their business, and what they can do to make sure their voice is heard by Congress.

Our objective is to encourage serious discussion of the specific provisions of the legislation on their merits. We do not believe that sound public policy can be achieved through hyperbole, personal attacks and vitriol which has characterized too much of the discussion of the Employee Free Choice Act thus far.

This site is supported by the Independent Women’s Forum, the U.S. Hispanic Chamber of Commerce, the HR Policy Association, and the National Black Chamber of Commerce.
